In re
         John Power deceased

This is the last will and testament of me John Power of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Blacksmith make on the twenty third day of February A.D. 1866-     I hereby give devise and bequeath all my property of every kind and description of which I am possessed at the time of my death to my beloved wife Mary and for her sole use and behoof for ever And I further appoint my said wife Mary sole executrix to this my last will and testament.     John Power.     Signed by the above named testator in the presence of us present at the same time who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator and in the presence of each other.
