Will of John J. Norris

IN RE:   JOHN J. NORRIS.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me, John J. Norris of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Merchant, made this nineteenth day of January Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty.

I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

I hereby appoint my dear wife, Mary Joseph Norris, to be Executrix of this my Will.

I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient.

I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and personal, to my said wife, Mary Joseph Norris.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written. JOHN J. NORRIS.

Signed, published and declared by the above named John J. Norris as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who, at his request, and in his presence, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
