In re JOHN NEIL DECEASED. In the name of God Amen, I John Neil of Saint John*s in the Island of Newfoundland, Mariner, being sick of body but of sound disposing mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament It is my wish and desire that all my lawful debts be first paid and my body be decently interred I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Ellen the dwelling house now inSigned sealed published and declared this eleventh day of June 1855, John Neil (LS) In presence of Patrick Brazil, James Dwyer.
