In re     JOHN MILLEY      deceased.

    I John Milley of 58 Flower Hill Street St. John’s Newfoundland, devise and bequeath all my estate and effects, real and personal which I may die possessed of or entitled to, unto my wife Hannah Milley absolutely.     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty ninth day of September 1914.     The mark of John Milley X     Signed by the testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us, who both being present at the same time, in his presence and the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses- A.H.C. Stamp Clerk in Holy Orders 165 LeMarchant Road St. John’s N.F.     Emma Spracklin 58 Flower Hill.
