In re JOHN McGRATH. DECEASED. The last will & declaration of John McGrath. I John McGrath (Publican) of St. John's Newfoundland in the full & perfect use of all my senses & faculties do wish my undersigned executor to have my property disposed of in the following manner: 1st All property possessed by my wife, before, & at the time of my marriage with her, I declare to be hers & do hereby leave her in as full possession of it as when I married her. 2nd I possessed about one hundred & fifty pounds when married to the widow Farrell my p resent wife Of this sum after expenses incurred by sickness, funeral &c. &c. are paid off I leave to my said wife Bridget McGrath whatever shall remain to be disposed of by her as she may deem best for the good of my soul.
