Will of John Maher

In re JOHN MAHER: DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen, I John Maher of Saint John’s do make and ordain the following as and for my last will and testament- to my beloved wife Catherine I will and bequeath all my lands, houses, monies, chattels, bank stock and effects to be disposed of as she may deem fit and proper directing her at the same time to assign and transfer the land and house situate on Cochrane Street to my son John- I appoint the Reverend Father Conway and Peter Brennan executors of this my last will and testament. Declared by me this 15th day of May A.D.
