Will of John Murphy

IN RE:   JOHN J. MUPRHY.    DECEASED

This is the last Will & Testament of me, John James Murphy of St. John's, Surgeon.

I give and bequeath unto my wife, Marguerite Elsie Murphy all my estate and effects to use or dispose of the same during her lifetime as in her discretion she may see fit and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my Will. Upon the death of my said wife my said Estate and effects or so much thereof as shall not have been disposed of by her during her lifetime, are bequeathed to The Montreal Trust Company upon trust to provide for the maintenance and education of my children and divide the same amongst them equally when the youngest shall have attained the age of twenty one years.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Saint John's this fifteenth day of January A.D. 1924.

Signed by the said John James Murphy as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us, who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
