In re: JOHN P. JEANS. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, John P. Jeans of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, retired Customs Officer:

1. I appoint my daughter Beatrice Jeans sole executor to this my will.

2. I give devise and bequeath my dwelling house on Prescott Street to my two daughters Clara Noseworthy wife of Matthew Noseworthy of Saint John’s and the said Beatrice Jeans as tenants in common.

3. I give and bequeath to my said daughter Beatrice Jeans all the rest residue and remainder of my property estate and effects of every description including moneys. Witness my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 4th day of April Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and eleven. J.P. Jeans.
