Will of John C. Jardine

IN RE:   JOHN C. JARDINE.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me, John C. Jardine of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Commission Agent:-

  1. 1. I revile all former Wills.

    2. After payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I will devise and bequeath everything of which I shall be possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death to my late wife's niece, Ellen FitzPatrick, whom I appoint sole executrix of this my will.

    Dated at St. John's, Newfoundland, this ninth day of September, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twenty six.

    Signed Published and declared as and for his last Will and Testament by the said Testator in our presence who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
