Will of John Hudson

IN RE:   JOHN HUDSON. DECEASED   

This is the last will and testament of John Hudson. I, John Hudson, do here bequeath all my earthly possessions to be disposed of in the following manner:

- my dwelling - house and all it contains, and the one-third part of the barn and one-third part of the six - acre lot in Hollow Cove, and my part and share of the rest of the land in the possession of our family here in Pouch Cove, Also at Cape St. Francis or Biscayan Cove) my part and share of all fishing property and one-third of a cod-trap with its appendages, and my part of Salmon net and herring gear also my part of a trap skiff & two smaller boats and one-third part of a small stage and one third part of a large stage. Also a third part of flake and fish store and also the one - third part of the dwelling house at Biscayan Cove.

I leave and bequeath to my wife Lizzie Hudson, and after her death all the afore mentioned property shall come into the possession of my son Hubert Hudson — signed by his x mark John Hudson witnessed by A.W. Hudson C.C. Hudson This 31st day of January 1910.
