In re: JOHN HEARN. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me John Hearn of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Tailor and Licensed Publican.
1st. I will and desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my executrix hereinafter named
2nd I will and bequeath my leasehold interest in house and shop and all furniture therein and all stock therein which house and shop is situate on Duckworth Street and is numbered one hundred and twenty four to my beloved wife Jane Hearn nee Raines
3rd I will and bequeath the good will of the business in said in said shop and house conducted by me to my aforesaid beloved wife.
4th I will and bequeath all my one-fourth interest in a parcel of land granted to me and three others in the north east side of the Heavy Tree Road in St. John's west which granted & numbered 3026 and dated the twenty-third day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine and registered Volume 16 folio 41 to my aforesaid beloved wife
5th I will and bequeath all the remainder of my estate both real and personal not herein disposed of and now possessed by me or hereafter to be acquired by me to my aforesaid beloved wife 6th I will and appoint my said beloved wife to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
