In re JOHN GRIFFITHS. DECEASED. The nuncupative will of John Griffiths of Saint John’s made this eighteenth day of September 1826 before us and in our presence. It is my will and desire that my wife Ann Griffiths and my children enjoy after my death my property of whatever nature and kind soever according to the law of descent at the exclusion of any other whatever and I declare myself according to the best of my belief to be in sound memory and recollection.John his X mark Griffiths.
