Will of John Wesley Green

In re: JOHN WESLEY GREEN. DECEASED

I John Wesley Green of St. John’s hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will. I give devise and bequeath to my only child Charlotte Agnes Green all my property of every description and kind absolutely. I appoint my Brothers in law James H. Harvey and George R. Williams Executors of this my will.
It is my desire and wish that all personal effects be sold & total proceeds of estate invested so as to give my only child Charlotte Agnes Green an annuity of or about $250.00 or $280.00 per year
It is also my desire and wish that the net rental of my House 58 Gower St. will go to my Father W. A. Green, Brigus, during his life.
It is also my desire and wish that Charlotte Williams & George R. Williams adopt my only child Charlotte Agnes Green as their own In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s this 7th day of August A.D. 1912. John Wesley Green witness N. H. Mitcham
