  John Funcheon deceased. In the name of God, Amen I, John Funcheon being of sound mind, do make this my last Will and Testament whereby I give, devise and bequeath unto my son John Funcheon absolutely all manner and kinds of worldly goods and effects, real and personal property of which I shall die possessed. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal at St. John's this 25th day of March A.D. 1867.
