In re JOHN ELLIS. DECEASED.
In the name of God Amen. I John Ellis at present in St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Gentleman but residing in Guysborough Nova Scotia do make this my last will and testament- I will and bequeath unto my executors hereafter named and the survivor of them all the land and property both real and personal of what nature and description soever and wheresoever of which I shall die possessed or entitled to upon trust for the sole use and behoof of my dear wife Jane for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease upon trust for the use and behoof of my children living at the time of my decease, share and share alike- I appoint William H. Mare of St. John’s aforesaid, Merchant and William Vallance Whiteway of St. John’s Barrister at law, executors of this my last will and testament and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
