In re JOHN DUNN. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me John Dunn of St. John’s in the Central District of Newfoundland Farmer I give devise and bequeath to my wife Margaret Dunn all my farm and plantation situate on the north side of Mondays Pond near the town of St. John’s aforesaid together with all the cattle stock and every kind of property I may die possessed of to and for her own use and behoof absolutely. And I hereby appoint my said wife so executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other will or wills by me heretofore made.
