Will of John Curran

IN RE:   JOHN CURRAN.    DECEASED

JOHN CURRAN'S WILL

I will to my son Patrick Curran three acres of land out to water.

I also will four acres of land to my son Patrick Curran, called William Neil's place, with the exception of a strip of Strawberry land which ends to the Woodland, which is to be left to Sophia Curran and her Step-mother.

I here will to Sarah Bridget Curran One hundred & fifty Dollars ($150) And to Sophia Curran One hundred and fifty Dollars ($150)

I will the front Bed-room and the one going off the front Bedroom to Sophia Curran and her Stepmother.

The rent of the Northeast end of the house is suppose to go to Sarah Curran untill Patrick Curran is twelve months married.

Thirty Dollars is to go towards a head Stone.

When the $800 thats in the Bank is drew out the Balance is to go toward Masses.

I also will Sophia Curran the Colt.
