Will of John Clapp

In re: JOHN S. CLAPP. DECEASED.

This is the last will & testament of me John S. Clapp of St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland.

I give devise and bequeath all that I may die possessed of both real and personal estate unto my brothers Robert Clapp and William M. Clapp equally for and during their lives and upon the death of the survivor I devise and bequeath my said estate to my nephews Ray M. Clapp and Cyril W. Clapp to be divided equally between them and I appoint Robert Clapp and William M. Clapp Executors of this my last will and testament. I revoke all former wills by me made.
Dated at St. John’s this 16th day of November A.D. 1914. JOHN S. CLAPP.
