Will of John Bragg

In re: JOHN BRAGG. DECEASED

Last will and Testament of John Bragg. I John Bragg labourer, of St. John's Newfoundland, do hereby give and bequeath my whole estate and effects, real and personal of which I may die possessed, or be entitled to, unto my wife, Mary Ann Bragg; and I appoint my wife, Mary Ann Bragg, sole executrix of this my will, and I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils.

In witness whereof I have subscribed these presents at St. John's, aforesaid, this fifteenth (15th) day of May, Nineteen Hundred and nine years, in the presence of two witnesses. John Bragg x his mark Signed by the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us, who, at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
