Will of John Bouzan

In re: JOHN BOUZAN. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me John Bouzan of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland and being of sound mind. I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate, and that my beloved wife Eliza Bouzan and my brother Michael L Bouzan be my executors for the due carrying out of this will, and I hereby give and bequeath all my real and personal property that I may be possessed of at my death to my beloved wife Eliza Bouzan for her use, as long as she remains my widow, and at her death or in case she should marry again the estate to be divided equally amongst my children Ellen Gertrude, Violet, Edward and Michael Bouzan share and share alike. Further my executors to have full power to invest all Funds and to dispose of all properties to the best advantage and interest of my children Made at the Village of Fabre in the Province of Quebec Canada this fifth day of March 1910 Jno.
