In re: JOHANNA REDMOND . DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Johanna Redmond of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow.
1. I give devise and bequeath my dwelling-house and property in Angel Place and all other my property estate and effects of every description to my daughter Mary Elizabeth Redmond.
I hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time made. I appoint Reverend J. McDermott of Saint John’s aforesaid Roman Catholic Priest executor of this my Will.
Witness my hand at Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland this 7th day of July Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and ten. Johanna her X mark Redmond Signed published and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (the same having been first read over and explained to the said testatrix and approved of by her) W. O’D. Kelly. M. Maunder.
