Will of Johanna Morris

In re: JOHANNA MORRIS. DECEASED.

This is the last Will of me Johanna Morris of Saint John’s, Widow. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and effects unto and to the use of my brother William Merchant of Saint John’s, gentleman, his heirs executors administrators and assigns, according to the nature and tenure thereof absolutely: And I appoint him executor of this my will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of June. A.D. 1907. JOHANNA MORRIS.

Signed by the said Johanna Morris as her last will in the presence of us, who in her presence, at her request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
