In re
  John Stuart deceased. This is the last will and testament of me John Stuart of St. John’s Gentleman. All my real and personal property of every description whatsoever and wheresoever situate I give devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Maud Hamilton Stuart for her sole and separate use absolutely and also all property of every description that I may hereafter in any way become possessed of or interested in or in which my estate may become interested I appoint my said daughter sole executrix of this my will. John Stuart. Signed published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses this 4th day of July 1882, Mary Halley, J.H.
