Will of John F. Hearn from Newfoundland will books volume 4 page 130 probate year 1881

In re
          John F. Hearn deceased.

In the name of God Amen.     I John F. Hearn of St. John’s Merchant do make publish and declare the following as and for my last will and testament I give devise and bequeath to my aunt Miss Joanna Fox all my goods moneys property and effects of whatsoever nature or kind the same may be and wheresoever situate for her own sole use and benefit in trust however that she shall carry into effect the bequests trusts and provisoes contained in the will of my late brother Thomas and upon the further trust to do and perform the directions contained in a certain memorandum or note signed by me and addressed to her and which I shall leave in her care-     I do hereby nominate and appoint my said aunt sole executrix of this my will and do revoke and declare null all former wills by me made.     Dated at St. John’s this twenty fourth day of December Anno Domini 1880.     Jno. Hearn.     Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto set our hands as witnesses on the day and year above written.     John Henderson.     Robert J.
