In re: JESSIE THOMPSON. DECEASED
This is the Last will and Testament of me Jessie Thompson of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland widow First I desire that all the property of which I may die possessed shall as soon as possible after my decease be sold by my Executor hereinafter named and the proceeds thereof devoted to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the balance thereof paid to the three of my children namely Beatrice Taylor Jessie Hayward and my youngest son Frederick G. Thompson in equal shares Secondly I appoint Harry Hayward of St. John's Accountant to be sole Executor of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 27th day of September A.D. 1909 Jessie her x mark Thompson Signed published and declared by the Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses at her request (The said testatrix having signed the same by making her mark thereto the said will having been first read over & explained to her in our presence) Louise J.
