Will of Jessie Locke

IN RE:   JESSE LOCKE.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Jesse Locke of St. John's, Carpenter.

    1. I revoke all Wills heretofore by me made.
    2. I give, devise and bequeath to my Executor hereinafter named, everything of which I shall die possessed or entitled to, whether real, personal or chattels real, Upon Trust, to sell and dispose of the same and out of the proceeds thereof:
    1. To pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses.
    2. To divide all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate amongst my four children, Mabel wife of Philip Oxford, Herbert, Archibald and Dulcie, share and share alike.
    3. I appoint Sidney Rowsell of St. John's, Clerk, to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid, this 27th. Day of December, A.D. 1919.
