In re: JEAN GLENDINNING. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Jean Glendinning of St. John’s Widow
First I give devise and bequeath all property moneys and effects of every description of which I shall die possessed to my daughter Margaret TO HOLD the same unto her for her natural life or until such time as she shall marry
Second Upon the marriage of my said daughter I will and direct that my said property moneys and effects shall be equally divided among my children including the said Margaret
Third Upon the death of my said daughter Margaret I will and direct that my said property moneys and effects shall be equally divided among my children and
Lastly I appoint my said daughter Margaret sole executrix of this my will. Witness my hand at St. John’s this third day of April Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and five. Jean Glendinning. Signed published and declared by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
