I James Dun of Saint John’s now in a bad state of health knowing that it is deemed that all men must dye I now will my soul to God and my body to the earth now bequeath to my daughter Catherine and to my son in law James Murphy all my house lands and property and out of my property James Murphy is to support my wife Johannah during her life and to berry me and my wife deasent acording to his meanes and pay all deats contracted by me and to have Masses said for our souls     Given from under my hand this 30th day of August     James his X mark Dunn     Witness Michael Collins, Clement Carew     My wife Johannah is to have full power and authority whilst liveing.
