Will of John Dooling from Newfoundland will books volume 4 page 318 probate year 1884

In re
            John Dooling deceased.

In the name of God Amen     This is the last will and testament of me John Dooling of St. John’s Shopkeeper I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Annie Dooling for her sole and separate use all and singular my property goods furniture moneys and effects which I may die possessed of after all my lawful debts and the funeral expenses of myself and my late wife Catherine shall have been first paid And I appoint my said daughter Annie my sole executrix.     And I hereby expressly revoke all former wills by me made.     John his X mark Dooling.     Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses this twenty sixth day of May A.D. 1884, the same having been first read over and explained to the said testator, F.E.M. Bunting, Jno. A. Edens.
