In re JANE HALLY. DECEASED. In the name of God Amen, This is the last will and testament of me Jane Hester Hally of St. John*s Newfoundland Spinster being now of sound mind memory and understanding and revoking all former wills by me at any time made I do hereby bequeath as follows, First that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid, secondly I hereby give and bequeath unto my dear sister Mary the sum of ninety nine pounds and nineteen shillings with all additions accruing thereon for which my life is insured in "The Merchants and Tradesmans Mutual Life Assurance Society" by Policy dated twentieth day of November A.D. 1851 and I hereby further give and bequeath unto my said sister Mary all the monies goods chattels and estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate and I appoint my said sister executrix of this my last will and testament.In witness whereof I have hereto at St. John*s aforesaid set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of July A.
