In re JAMES VEY. DECEASED. This is the last Will and Testament of me James Vey of Saint John’s Newfoundland made this twelfth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty two. I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my wife Alice Vey, and George Whiteley to be my Executors, and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my wife Alice Vey all my property to hold and use as she sees fit and after her death the property to be divided between my two daughters and my son George. (Namely Alice and Hilda) to my son Bert I give the workshop and contents. JAMES VEY. Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
