In re: JAMES RONAYNE. DECEASED.

I, James Ronayne, being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.

I leave to my niece Mary Keefe the Marsh behind my house, the said piece of land being my own private property.

To my niece Mary Keefe I also leave my share of my father's property including house and land.
