Will of James Rodgers

In re: JAMES RODGERS. DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me James Rodgers of St. John’s, Laborer, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made. After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Rose Rodgers, all the property both real and personal which I may die possessed of.

I appoint my said wife Rose, Executrix of this my will. St. John’s. May 13th 1907 James his x mark Rodgers Signed, Published & Declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence, who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained Ed. J Rodgers M. P. Gibbs
