Will of James J. Roberts

In re: JAMES JOHN ROBERTS DECEASED.

I James John Roberts, Mariner, of the City of St. John's, Newfoundland declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

1. I give and bequeath to my wife Livinia Roberts, my dwelling house, Number 14 John St. St. John's, Nfld. Together with the entire household furniture & effects as found therein.

2. I appoint William Harris, Cooper of St. John's, Nfld. Executor of this my will.

In witness I, James John Roberts, have hereunto set my hand this Eighth day of July in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty. James John his X mark Roberts Subscribed by the testator in the presence of each of us and subscribed by us in the presence of each other. Witness our hands this Eighth day of July in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred & twenty Arch M. Gowans. A.B.S.Stirling.
