In re: JAMES POWER (JUNIOR). DECEASED

The last will and Testament of James Power of Torbay, farmer. I will and bequeath to my wife Catherine Power all my goods property and chattels whatsoever. The said goods property and chattels consist of my house my ground, my cars and carts my sleighs my stables, my cows, and my horses. The said ground is bounded on the North by the Sea, on the East by the stream or river bordering on the fields of Patrick Power on the South, by the Main Road and on the west by the field of Power (Peter)

At the death of my wife Catherine Power the said goods property and chattels shall be equally divided between my children Edward Power and Catherine Power. Should one of my children die before he or she should come to the full age of twenty one years the said goods property and chattels shall go to the survivor. Should one of my said children die after he or she had attained the full age of twenty-one years; then his or her share of the said property goods and chattels shall be disposed of in whatever manner he or she should wish Signed this 8th day of March A.D. 1898.
