Will of James O'Neil

IN RE:   JAMES O'NEIL.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me James O'Neil of St. John's Cabman. I give devise and bequeath all the property of every description which I may die possessed of to my wife Catherine O'Neil And I appoint my said wife Catherine O'Neil Executrix of this my will Dated at St. John's this 13th day of January 1902 James his x mark O'Neil Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto affixed of names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained Ml. O'Regan George T. Carty.
