Will of James Linegar

In re JAMES LINEGAR. DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen, The last will and testament of me James Linegar of Saint John*s in the Island of Newfoundland Fisherman whereby I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ellen all property of whatsoever description or kind, household furniture dwelling houses and interest in all such leasehold property as I may be possessed of at the time of my death And I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son William Linegar executor of this my last will and testament.

Given under my hand and seal at Saint John's aforesaid this eighth day of March Anno Domini eighteen hundred and fifty.
