Will
This is the last will and testament of me, James Kirby of St. John's West, Gentleman made by me on this the fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty five. I hereby revoke all former wills made by me. I bequeath to Mary Murphy my Step daughter, all my goods chattels lands and all things whatsoever I possess and appoint her executrix of this my will. JAMES his X mark KIRBY
Signed Published and Declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament by making his mark in the presence of us (it having been first read over and explained to him in our presence & in the presence of each other) who in his presence & in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses.
