Will of James Kerrivan

In re: JAMES KERRIVAN DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Kerrivan of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Fisherman. I give devise and bequeath all my property to my three sons William Kerrivan, Charles Kerrivan and John Kerrivan to be divided equally between them, and I appoint William J. Sharpe of St. John's Draper, sole Executor of this my will. In Witness Whereof I have signed this my Will by mark this twenty-sixth day of June Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and seventeen. James his X mark Kerrivan

The above names James Kerrivan signed this his Will by mark in the presence of us, present at the same time, who in the presence of the said James Kerrivan and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas. P. Blackwood J. E. White.
