Will of James B. Kenney

In re: JAMES BENEDICT KENNEY DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me James Benedict Kenny, of St. John’s, in the Island of Newfoundland.

FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and testamentary and funeral expenses shall first be paid out of my estate.

SECOND. I appoint my Step mother, Christine Kenny, sole Executrix of this my Will.

THIRD. I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and property whatsoever and wheresoever to my said Step mother absolutely.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 16th day of April, A. D. 1921. JAMES BENEDICT KENNY. Signed by the above named James Benedict Kenny as his last Will in the joint presence of himself and us who at his request and in such joint presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
