Will of James B. Foote

IN RE:   JAMES B. FOOTE.    DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me James B. Foote of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland gentleman. I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeath all my moneys lands and houses and all other property both real and personal of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate to my beloved wife Charlotte A Foote absolutely and I hereby appoint my said wife to be the sole executrix hereof.

In testimony whereof I the said James B. Foote have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this third day of July A.D. 1912 James B. Foote Signed by the above named James B. Foote in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other and the said testator do hereto subscribe our names as witnesses Herbert James Taylor of St. John's Draper Richard Anderson Squires of St. John's Solicitor
