IN RE: JAMES FITZGERALD. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me James Fitzgerald of St. John's Police Sergeant. I give devise and bequeath all the property of which I may die possessed as follows: To my nice Eva Gaul, my leasehold property known as Number 14 Balsom Street St. John's together with all furniture and other personal property therein contained, to be held by her absolutely. To my niece Ellen Neville the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) To the children of the late Richard Gaul the sum of five hundred dollars, the said sum to be paid over by my Executors to their mother Helen Gaul, and held by her in trust for their maintenance and education. To John Hennebury of Bonavista the sum of two hundred dollars (200.00) To my said niece Eva Gaul a further sum of one thousand dollars in Victory Bonds. For Masses to be said for the repose of the Souls of my late wife and myself the sum of two hundred dollars. I direct that the rest and residue of my Estate shall be equally divided between the said Eva Gaul, Helen Gaul, and Ellen Neville. I appoint as my Executors my said niece Eva Gaul and John A. Barron Barrister at Law, with liberty to my Executor the said John A. Barron to act professionally as Solicitor for my said Estate and to be paid any legal fees due in connection therewith. Dated at St. John's this 21st day of April A.D. 1926. JAMES FITZGERALD.
