Will of James Fitzgerald

IN RE:   JAMES FITZGERALD.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me, JAMES FITZGERALD, of St. John's Wharfinger.

  1. 1. I hereby revoke all Wills and testaments at any time made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament.

    2. I appoint Margaret Fitzgerald, of St. John's, Widow of my late brother Patrick, sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament.

    3. I give and bequeath all and whatsoever the property, goods and effects of which I may died possessed to the said Margaret Fitzgerald and in particular all my right, title and interest in and to the leasehold property situate at 32 and 34 Brazil's Square in St. John's aforesaid.

    WITNESS my hand at St. John's aforesaid this Twenty ninth day of October Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

    SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
