Will of James Fanning

In re: JAMES FANNING DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, James Fanning of St. John’s Shoe Maker.

After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Eileen Bartlett wife of Donald Bartlett, all the property of every description which I may die possessed of.

I appoint the said Eileen Bartlett Executrix of this my will. St. John’s, December 27th, 1920. JAMES FANNING Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at this request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
