In re: JAMES DWYER DECEASED.
I James Dwyer of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Laborer declare this
to be my last will and testament revoking all former wills or codicils.
I give bequeath devise absolutely to my daughters, Mary and Kate Dwyer, my
house situate on Catherine Street in the city of St. John's in aforesaid Island,
and any real or personal estate to which I shall die in any wise entitled unto.
And I do appoint my above named daughters Mary and Kate Dwyer to be my sole
executresses.
In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th
day of April one thousand nine hundred & sixteen
