Will of James B. Crossman

In re: JAMES B. CROSSMAN DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, James B. Crossman, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Cabinet Maker. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my brother Thomas W. Crossman the Executor of this my Will. I give and bequeath all my property of every kind whatsoever to the said Thomas W. Crossman for his own use and benefit.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Tenth day of December A. D. 1907. JAMES B. CROSSMAN

Signed, published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof: - Chas O’Neill Conroy W. J. Higgins.
