In re: JAMES H. CORMACK . DECEASED.
I James Cormack of St. John’s Clerk H.M. Customs do make publish and declare this as my last will and testament
First I give devise and bequeath One hundred dollars to Revd J. Conway for Masses for the repose of my soul
Secondly All the rest of my moneys debenture and properties I give to Mrs. Mary Gaden, Mrs. Ellen Hearn Mrs. McLellan of Belleville Ont. and Sister Amaria of Littledale equally share and share alike.
Lastly I appoint Revd Jeremiah Conway of the Palace to be the executor of this my will. St. John’s January 29th 1915. James his X mark Cormack Signed by the testator in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our hands as witnesses having been first read over and explained to the testator.
