In re JAMES COLLIS. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me James Howard Collis of St. John*s in the Island of Newfoundland Shopkeeper.First- It is my will and desire that after my decease my business shall be wound up by my executrix herein after named and all my property stock in trade and monies be sold and disposed of and appropriated in the following manner- Second- After all my just debts are paid I give devise and bequeath to my wife Maria Forde Collis the sum of Five hundred pounds currency for her sole use disposal and benefit- Third- After said payment is made I give devise and bequeath to my son James Howard Collis the sum of one hundred pounds currency to be invested by my executrix hereinafter named and put out at interest until he shall attain the age of twenty one years- Fourth- I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Maria Forde Collis all the residue and remainder of my estate of every description Fifth- I appoint my said wife Maria Forde Collis sole executrix of this my last will and testament- In witness whereof I the said James Howard Collis have hereunto set and affixed my hand and seal at St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland this fourteenth day of June A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy five-
