Will of James B. Sclater
In re JAMES B. SCLATER. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, James B. Sclater of St. John’s, Commission Agent. I give, devise and bequeath everything of which I shall die possessed or entitled to, whether real, personal or chattles real, to my wife, Jessie Sclater, and I appoint her sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s aforesaid, this 26th day of March A. D. 1921. JAS. B. SCLATER.
