In re JAMES AXTELL: DECEASED.

The will and statement off Captn James Axtell. All money that is in the Bank and what money that is on Mr. Barnes hand belonging to me, the house and all my afects in St. John’s Newfoundland also my Chronometer watch trinkets and money bedding and wareing apparrel on board the Gitana I bequeath to Mary Ann Axtell now Mrs. Clow and the things belonging to Saragh Also my nautical instruments charts Barometer and clock I bequeath to John Ryan.
